Welcome, do come inside...

I am so excited to be able to share with you these fabulous photos of our lovely boutique, Devlin Bridal Couture; taken by Jessica Hill Photography.

The shop has been open now for almost six months and we are still tweaking some of the decorative details but I'm feeling happier that we almost have it just how I want it to be.

Choosing the dresses for our new boutique was obviously my first priority and boy was that tough, I wanted them all! Somehow, I managed to narrow it down to a fabulous selection of dresses from top designers, Ian Stuart, Watters and Lazaro

With the dress decision made, my next biggest task was how to decorate and furnish the boutique. I wanted to create a warm and welcoming environment for all our lovely brides2be; one that reflected the luxurious quality of the designer dresses I had chosen. It was also important to make the most of the natural light in the shop and to that end I decided to use a combination of glass and mirrored furniture. It’s rather lovely too, as you catch a glimpse of tulle or lace as your move around the shop, almost as though the dresses are following you.

With a tendency for liking something different and not wanting to follow the crowd, I decided to break away from the standard satin hangers and all white showroom look and added some fun modern seating in nay blue/black?? I also found some fabulous rose gold hangers that added a touch of colour and worked wonderfully with the glass and mirror pieces. Better still, they matched my amazing phone that I just adore. Well, you have to have a showstopper phone!

Within the boutique we have a dedicated accessories section where you can style your chosen gown with veils, tiaras, head pieces, jewellery and many other hidden treasures.

Our ethos at Devlin Bridal Couture is to make your bridal experience as magical and special as you dreamed it would be. At every appointment we serve refreshments from tea and coffee to prosecco and cocktails along with fresh cakes, pastries, fruit and fresh scones. Our buffet trolley is quite often the talking point of our viewings but the dresses always have the final say.
